If you have stayed with us at Maolbhuidhe (or, in some circumstances, made a booking and cancelled it) we will hold some or all of the following information about you: Name, Postal Address (including post code/zip code and country), Telephone Number, Mobile (cell) phone number, e-mail address, vehicle registration.

What are our legal bases for holding that information?

Consent: We may hold that information through your consent, for example when you tick a box to receive e-mail updates or promotions.

Contractual Obligations: We may need your personal data to handle your booking.

Legal Obligations: The law may require us to collect and process your data.

How do we use that information

We use the information for our own records so that we know who stayed with us at Maolbhuidhe, and when. We do not share that information with anybody except as we may be required to do so by law.

If you have given your consent under the 'General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) we may use that information to contact you occasionally with news, information or offers from Maolbhuidhe B&B

How do we store that information?

The information is held on a secure digital database. We take reasonable steps to ensure that there is no unauthorised access to that data.

What are your rights?

You have the right to know what information we hold about you, and the purposes for which we use it. Where that information is being held by reason of your consent, you have the right to ask for that information to be removed from our database.
